I am Karolina, I live in Fife, Scotland and I love to travel. I am a professional photographer with 14 years of experience. I photograph brands and small business owners, women and nature, with my heart as much as my lens.
Very happy me, holding a book with a cover I photographed. This collaboration came to me in the most unexpected way, my favourite type of connection.
PS. I tried flipping the image so that the writing isn’t mirrored and my face ended up looking like it wasn’t mine! I could reshoot this photos properly, but the initial excitement wouldn’t be there and I am all about the real thing.

It’s so lovely to see my work in print. It doesn’t happen very often since I work mostly with clients in digital spaces. This shot was taken at 7am on Dunfermline High Street, before the busyness of the day creeped in. The portrait was commissioned by Fine Food Digest magazine, to appear next to the interview with Aileen, the owner of Must Be Crackers.
